Abilities
The shot fired from his last ammo bar also slows whatever it hits, punishing anyone who pushed him.
Picking up a shell grants a brief burst of movement speed, so collecting is also repositioning.
Reloads one ammo immediately and drops a shell beside Pierce, so it feeds his shell economy as well.
Absorbs every shell on the ground into a shield, and pushes nearby enemies back as it triggers.
His Super sends a weaker second volley behind the first, and both waves pierce enemies and obstacles.

A range is the trophy count Pierce was actually on when each match was played, so switching it changes which matches are counted — never how strong the evidence has to be.

Playing Pierce
reviewed 19 Jul 2026A ten-tile marksman with the longest reload in the game, so every shot is a decision rather than part of a rhythm.
Early game
Take one shot at whatever is worth three seconds and then move; firing at a full-health tank is the most expensive mistake available to him.
Positioning
Behind cover at the far end of a sightline, and somewhere different after every shot, because the three-second reload is exactly how long it takes someone to reach him.
Using your Super
The Super is a narrow, heavy shot, so line it up on a target that has already committed to a lane rather than firing it into a crowd and hoping.
Common mistakes
- Firing at a target he cannot finish and standing empty for three seconds
- Holding the same tile after a shot has told the enemy exactly where he is
- Chipping at tanks instead of waiting for a squishy target worth the reload
- Long open sightlines he can hold from behind cover
- Bounty, where one landed shot takes a star without a fight
- Against slow brawlers who cannot punish him during the reload
