Brawl Stars brawler classes
Every brawler belongs to a class that decides how it wants to fight. Pick one to see the best brawlers in it right now.
The seven classes
7- Best Damage Dealer brawlers
Damage Dealers are the all-rounders of Brawl Stars: steady mid-range output with enough health to trade. They set the tempo of most modes and punish anyone who over-extends, without the burst of an assassin or the reach of a marksman.
- Best Tank brawlers
Tanks soak damage and close space. They win by forcing the fight into short range where their health outlasts everyone else, and they own the objectives that reward standing your ground — but they melt to concentrated fire and heavy throwers.
- Best Marksman brawlers
Marksmen trade fragility for the longest reach in the game. They lock down lanes and zones from a distance and decide fights before the enemy is in range — provided they are never caught out of position by an assassin.
- Best Artillery brawlers
Artillery brawlers — throwers — arc shots over walls to hit what they cannot see. They own walled maps and choke points and deny whole areas, but a broken sightline or an assassin in their lap leaves them defenceless.
- Best Controller brawlers
Controllers bend the fight to their terms with slows, pulls, area denial and vision. They rarely top a kill chart; they win by making space for their team and taking it away from the enemy.
- Best Assassin brawlers
Assassins delete a target and leave. They thrive on flanks and reset, hunting marksmen, throwers and supports — but they live and die on the engage, and one mistimed jump is fatal.
- Best Support brawlers
Supports keep a team alive and pointed the right way, healing, shielding and enabling the brawlers who do the damage. They are strongest beside a carry and weakest alone.
