Abilities

Star Power
More Rockets!

Rocket Rain drops four extra rockets and spaces them more tightly, so the same barrage covers its area with fewer gaps.

Star Power
Rocket No. 4

A fourth rocket in the launcher. Reload speed is unchanged, so he holds more burst but takes longer to refill from empty.

Gadget
Rocket Laces
20s cooldown

Fires at his own feet to hop several tiles over walls or water, knocking back and lightly damaging anyone under the takeoff and the landing.

Gadget
Rocket Fuel
22s cooldown

Loads one oversized rocket that destroys terrain and travels faster than his usual shot, letting him open a lane through cover.

Hypercharge
Rocket Barrage
+45% stats while active

Loads the next Super with far more rockets, each hitting hard, which is enough to clear an objective outright.

How to counter Brock

Playing Brock

reviewed 19 Jul 2026

A rocket marksman with enormous splash damage, three shots of ammo, and no defence at all if something reaches him.

Early game

Open the map: break the walls around the objective so his team has firing lanes and the enemy has nowhere to camp.

Positioning

Play at the very back and behind a wall he has deliberately left standing, because his three-shot magazine means one whiffed volley is a dead Brock.

Using your Super

The Super destroys terrain in a wide area, so use it to erase a thrower nest or a wall cluster rather than chasing a single moving target.

Common mistakes

  • Firing all three rockets at a dodging target and having nothing left for the follow-up
  • Using Rocket Laces to gain ground rather than saving it as the only escape he has
  • Demolishing the walls his own team was using for cover
  • Maps full of walls he can demolish to open the objective
  • Heist, where his Super does colossal damage to a stationary safe
  • Against grouped teams, since his rockets splash on impact

By mode

Heist

His Super into the safe is one of the largest single hits available.

Knockout

Rockets punish a team funnelled by the closing ring better than almost anything.
