Storm controlRecommended build

Modes with a fixed point his storm can be dropped on from well outside the fight.

Star PowerThunderstruckhis Super is a storm ten tiles wide parked on the map, so anything that adds to what happens inside it is where his damage lives
GadgetNow You See Me...a 13-second cooldown makes it available for every objective contest
GearSuper Chargethe storm is the reason he is on the team
GearDamagehis shot lands almost instantly, so it always converts
HyperchargeThe Grand Vortexa storm the enemy has to abandon the objective to escape
Instant pokeRecommended build

Open maps where his near-instant projectile is worth more than a storm nobody stands under.

Star PowerThe Great Zigginihis shot travels almost instantly at 7.33 tiles, so every hit is reliable and worth improving
GadgetElectric Shufflethe repositioning a 3,200-health controller needs once someone is inside his range
GearHealthhe has no shield and nothing that pushes people off him
GearShieldhis 1.8-second reload is a long gap to be caught in

How to play it

Behind his frontline at maximum range, because 3,200 health and a 1.8-second reload leave him nothing to answer a diver with.

The storm is ground denial on a very large scale, so drop it on the objective and force a rotation rather than trying to catch a single brawler under it.

Common mistakes

  • Chasing a lone enemy with a storm designed to cover a whole objective
  • Standing forward because his projectile is fast, which does nothing for his health pool
  • Holding the Super while the enemy takes the point uncontested

Reviewed recommendations, not win rates: Brawl Stars never reports which loadout a player had equipped in a match, so nobody can measure one.
