Loadouts

Heat keeperRecommended build

Modes with continuous fighting, where she never has to let the heat drop back down.

Star PowerHeat Retentionher damage scales with heat and bleeds away between fights, so holding it is holding her damage
GadgetOvercookedjumps her straight to the damage band she would otherwise spend a whole magazine building
GearDamagesix cookies a volley multiplies the bonus six times
GearShieldshe has to hold the lane rather than back off and cool down
HyperchargePyroliticlets her run hot without the overheat that normally caps her
Lane sustainRecommended build

Standoffs where she is the one being poked and cannot afford to reset.

Star PowerHeat Shieldbeing hot is what makes her dangerous, and being hot is exactly when the enemy commits to her
GadgetMade With Lovekeeps her in the lane instead of backing out and losing the heat she built
GearHealthshe trades at nine tiles with no escape tool
GearReload Speedheat is built by firing, so volume is heat

How to play it

At the edge of nine tiles with a wall to step behind, because managing heat means she cannot afford to be interrupted mid-magazine.

The steam burst is close-range area damage, so hold it for the brawler who has walked into her rather than firing it down a lane where it lands on nobody.

Common mistakes

  • Firing until she overheats and losing the damage window entirely
  • Backing off to safety and returning cold to a fight she was winning
  • Spending the steam burst at range where its area does nothing

Reviewed recommendations, not win rates: Brawl Stars never reports which loadout a player had equipped in a match, so nobody can measure one.
