Hook and reelRecommended build

Modes where dragging one brawler out of their formation is enough to win the fight.

Star PowerBig Haulher Super is about what she brings back rather than what it hits, so improving the catch pays for the risk of reaching for it
GadgetGonna Need a Bigger Neta 20-second cooldown reserves it for the one catch that actually decides a fight
GearSpeedat 820 she arrives before the target has repositioned
GearDamageher follow-up has to finish what the catch started
Committed duellistRecommended build

Showdown and any lineup where she picks single fights she has to survive on her own.

Star PowerHis Mother's Sonan 820-speed assassin with 3,800 health lives or dies on what she gets back from an engage she chose
GadgetSushi Snacka 12-second cooldown makes it her recovery for every fight rather than one
GearHealthshe is committing into range with no shield
GearShieldthe opening exchange is where the whole fight is decided

How to play it

On the flank near her own team, because the value of a pull is entirely in where the target ends up, and that should be somewhere her team is standing.

The catch is an isolation tool, so aim it at the brawler whose absence breaks their formation rather than at whichever one is closest.

Common mistakes

  • Pulling a target into the middle of their own team rather than out of it
  • Catching a tank she has no way of finishing on her own
  • Committing on foot at 820 speed when the pull was the entire plan

Reviewed recommendations, not win rates: Brawl Stars never reports which loadout a player had equipped in a match, so nobody can measure one.
