Hatchling swarmRecommended build

Modes with a fixed objective the hatchlings will walk towards without her.

Star PowerUnnatural Orderthe hatchlings are her damage after the first volley, so making each one matter is making her matter
GadgetGotta Go!she has 3,100 health, no dash and a slow egg; the burst of speed is her entire escape
GearSuper Chargean Eve with no hatchlings out is a three-egg poke and nothing else
GearDamagethree eggs a volley multiplies the bonus three times
HyperchargeGenerationsa swarm that replaces itself faster than the enemy can shoot it down
Ranged pokeRecommended build

Open maps where the hatchlings die on the walk in and she has to trade at nine tiles.

Star PowerHappy Surpriseher eggs travel slowly and miss often, and the extra durability is what lets her keep firing them
GadgetMotherly Lovekeeps the hatchlings alive long enough to actually reach who they were sent at
GearHealthshe is fragile for a brawler expected to hold a lane
GearSpeedshe has to reposition constantly to avoid being closed on
Water walkerRecommended build

Solo Showdown, where she crosses water nobody else can and picks her own fights.

Star PowerUnnatural Orderone swarm is enough to finish a brawler already weakened by someone else
GadgetGotta Go!the speed carries her off the water before anyone can punish the crossing
GearSuper Chargeshe wants hatchlings out for every crate she opens
GearHealthshe cannot afford a lost trade in the open
HyperchargeGenerationswins a fight where both sides are already hurt

How to play it

Behind her frontline and near water where possible, since her eggs travel slowly enough to dodge and she has 3,100 health if anyone reaches her.

The hatchlings track whoever they are released at, so send them at a brawler pinned in a fight rather than at one standing free with a clear lane out.

Common mistakes

  • Sending the swarm at a brawler with an area attack that deletes all of it instantly
  • Aiming eggs at where an enemy stands rather than where they are walking
  • Fighting at close range, where slow eggs and a small health pool lose every trade
