Loadouts

3
Zone bullyRecommended build

Control modes on cluttered maps, where her spray covers a choke she never has to leave.

Star PowerBad Karmaher spray lingers on whatever it touched, so the bonus applies to almost everyone she fights
GadgetFriendzonerthe shove buys back the tiles a tank just crossed into her six-tile range
GearDamageher damage is applied as ticks, so it stacks up quickly
GearShieldshe fights at six tiles, which is close enough to be shot at constantly
HyperchargeOverhyped Hazea wider aura means she can stand on the objective rather than beside it
Sustain EMZRecommended build

Team fights where she is expected to stand in the middle and stay there.

Star PowerHypeher Super is an aura centred on her, so healing from it rewards the position she already wants
GadgetAcid Spraymore ground covered by the lingering damage that does her real work
GearHealthsustain scales with the pool it is topping up
GearSpeedher two-second reload means walking is her defence
Circle holderRecommended build

Hot Zone, where her Super and her spray both cover a fixed circle for their full duration.

Star PowerHypeshe is standing in the circle regardless, so the aura healing is free
GadgetFriendzonerejects a contester without needing to kill them, which is all the mode asks
GearHealthholding the circle is a question of how long she lasts
GearShieldshe is the closest target in the circle
HyperchargeOverhyped Hazecovers the whole circle rather than the half she is standing on

How to play it

Just behind the frontline at the edge of her six-tile cone, close enough for the spray to reach the objective and far enough that a tank has to walk to her.

The aura follows her, so activate it as she steps onto the objective rather than before, and treat it as a reason to stand still rather than as a burst.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting the spray to kill instantly when nearly all of its damage arrives afterwards
  • Activating the aura at range where nobody is close enough to be inside it
  • Fighting marksmen at eight or nine tiles, where her cone does not reach

Reviewed recommendations, not win rates: Brawl Stars never reports which loadout a player had equipped in a match, so nobody can measure one.
