5v5
Wipeout 5v5
Reach the elimination target first with ten brawlers on a large map.
Rules
- Same scoring as 3v3, but the target is higher and fights are near-continuous.
- With five per side there is always a fight running somewhere on the map.
- A single death barely matters; five staggered deaths lose the match outright.
- Respawn waves are the real rhythm — the team that groups after dying wins the next fight.
Team archetypes
DeathballFive brawlers who move as one blob and simply out-damage anything they meet.
Anchor plus pokeTwo tanks holding a choke while three long-range brawlers farm the approach.
Split pressureA pair that farms picks on the far side while the main group holds the middle.
Playing it well
- Group on respawn and re-enter as five; trickling back in is how these matches are lost.
- Pick off the stragglers rather than driving into their whole formation.
- Hold one choke instead of the whole map — you cannot cover a 5v5 map with five players.
- Keep a healer alive at all costs; sustain is what turns a won fight into four points.
